    9.    How can I withdraw my commissions earned from SHMC?

    We pay out all our member’s commissions via Alertpay before the 15th of each following calender month. For example, if you earned US$2000 in January, our system will deposit the US$2000 to your Alertpay account before the 15th of February.

    If you do have an Alertpay account, you can just login to your account and select ‘Withdraw’ to withdraw your commissions earned via check, bank transfer or bank wire.     10.    What if Alertpay does not support my country for any form of funds withdrawal methods?

    In the case that Alertpay does not support your country for any of their funds withdrawal methods, you must fill up your BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS under ‘Home’ — ‘Payment Setup’ in your member’s back office. This information will serve as an alternative and emergency backup commissions payment method for us to manually do a bank wire transfer of your commissions to your specified bank account. However, please take note that you will need to have at least US$100 in commissions in order for us to do a manual bank wire transfer and bank charges will be paid by you in your local bank.

    E) Money Back Guarantee and Refund Policy Questions

    11.    Can I request for a refund if I am not satisfied with SHMC?

    Yes, of course. We are so confident that you will be satisfied with our product and service that we offer all members a 7 days 100% money back guarantee, no questions asked. However, the refund is valid only for requests made via email to us at admin@stayhomemillionairesclub.com within 7 working days from the date you joined as a new member of SHMC. Refund requests will not be accepted after the 7 working days guarantee period.

    In all cases you must enter your bank deposit code as part of the transaction to ensure your payment is applied correctly. When entering your bank deposit code, please ensure that you only enter numbers; any additional text will cause delays in your deposit. If you are unable to enter the full bank deposit code, remove the first 2 numbers and enter the remaining digits.

    The proof MUST contain the following information:

If you are unable to enter the full bank deposit code, remove the first 2 numbers and enter the remaining digits.

    16. For Singaporeans: We now accept POSB bank transfer to join our club!

    We have integrated POSB bank transfer as a mode of payment for all Singaporean friends!

    So now all Singaporean friends can make payment to us by simply transferring funds to our POSB Current account. Specific instructions on how to do this will be given when anyone from Singapore tries to sign up to our club from our website.
