   If you have any questions about our online training resources, let me know. I’m here to help.

   Your videos take tooooo long to load. fifteen minutes and it still did not load

   hi Sandra,

   The videos are hosted on Youtube, so we can’t control how fast it downloads. Generally, Youtube is pretty fast. Probably you were experiencing a high traffic time of day. Do try again at another time during the day or evening, it should be better.

   Let me know if you still find the videos slow to load.
